Johan Bolle is the founder of effekt!v people, established in 2021, bringing with him over 30 years of combined experience in architectural manufacturing and construction. His entrepreneurial journey began early, working in gladiolus fields at age 12, starting his first business at 18, and pursuing college education at 23.
After graduating, Johan joined EeStairs, one of the world’s leading staircase companies, where he initially worked as a fabricator and installer. He later transitioned into business development, successfully expanding the company into new territories and fostering strong B2B relationships.
